About Me

I am a London based Fitness Professional and would like to tell you about myself and how I work.

Sports have always been a massive part of my life. When I was little my parents always had me in gymnastics, ballet, basketball, skiing, skating, cultural ballroom dancing, tennis, horse riding, all sorts of different things. As I was growing older there was a short period in my life when I moved to England that I had to focus on my career and work on how to fit in. Those years I have not really had time for myself. Over those 3 years, I have not been active at all and was not able to keep an eye on my diet properly so I managed to put on weight that I never had to deal with before.

This is when I realized how important is that I look after my body and go back to the lifestyle that I have always had.

I started to play tennis again and got back into swimming so I could get my mind off other things that in my opinion are not so important in life. I started to be more focused on my health and physique. It felt like something has switched off in my mind and my body has turned into a machine. From then I was unstoppable. My body has transformed, as I started to eat clean again and got back into exercising regularly I managed to lose 2 stone / 12kg over 4 months.

I wanted to use my experience to help other people find their happy place even if it is a gym or a park or even my home that they could come to train and have a little chat and a nice cup of coffee. I just really wanted to help people change their lives and find their inner peace as I did. I did it, so can you!  I started to work as a fitness instructor and started to teach high-intensity classes then became a personal trainer and fitness professional along the side with the classes.
