Anita is a fantastic personal trainer. She regularly trains me twice a week for nearly a year now. Before this, I wasn’t even a member of any local gyms and hardly exercised at all. She always gives me fun, different, and motivating workouts that lead to positive results. I am over 50 years old and have managed to lose some body fat percentage with her, gain some muscle mass and also strength my bones to avoid conditions like osteoporosis.
